The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. Check-in was disorganised and extremely slow, given there were so few people checking in. "I booked this hotel as I was attending a football match in the area. We didn’t stay the night though as the wind was bowling and howling in through one of the window seals. Let the property know but they haven’t offered a refund or discount, bit disappointing therefore wouldn’t stay again."
