The property was beautiful, very clean and well looked after. We will definitely look into booking again on our next visit. The children loved the bedrooms and didnt want to leave them. Communication and customer service was so friendly and straightforward.
Spacious roomy studio near Southampyon University. Street Car park is free but busy during the day cos of students. Park on the doorstep is perfect for a run.
Well appointed, clean and comfortable apartment although it wasn't the one I had actually selected. Only issue was the shower door wouldn't slide as it appears it had come off the runner.
Parking is on street and limited to one hour during the working week and not a public car park as listed in the ad.

Good value, but flat condition needs improvement
Good location - very close to the university. The flat is clean, there are plenty of towels and pillows to make the stay comfortable. It's a shame that some parts of the flat were not in good condition: shower curtain needs replacing, sofa cushions were dirty, there were a lot of marks on the wall.
Convenient location close to the University of Southampton main campus. The place was easily accessible with a code to the key box outside. The place is clean except for the oven. Heating is electric so it takes time to warm-up the room. Bed is comfortable.
The apartment that I stayed in was a newer basement apartment. It did not look like the pictures but was still pleasing. The couch looked awkward and had hair on the pillows, other than that the place was pretty clean. Upon entry there was a new queen mattress in front of the door still wrapped in plastic. It was very unusual to see a rental accommodation but to each there own. I guess they are switching the mattress out which ie good bc the current string mattresses they have are very uncomfortable. My wife did not want to use the pots in the kitchen bc they were all scraped up and the shower is not meant for tall people. Im 6'1 and my head literally touched the ceiling. Overall the property has room for improvement but is stull a nice property.
Good place, very helpful staff and just spoiled by the very weak Wifi in a place were the phone signal is quite weak too (I am on 3 and it was a struggle).
The front door was hazardous, with the metal plate protruding at the bottom of the door. I know it is to keep the rain out as it is an external door. However since the door was big, I was usually still standing inside the doorway when closing the door on leaving the apartment. Not getting out of the way in time, because I never had such doors with metal protrusions at the bottom before, I hit my foot full force with the metal edge several times. Good thing I was wearing proper shoes each time, so I escaped injury. If I'd been wearing flip flops or open toe shoes, I would almost certainly have been badly injured.
This safety hazard needs to be addressed.
