Hotels with Gym in South Sioux Falls

"It really needs to be updated. I am sure it is clean but doesn’t look clean. "

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. The pool was perfect for younger kids (7, 6, and 4) with depths between 1-3 feet, and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast had a large variety including mini waffles and toppings, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, and more. There was also a complimentary beverage and snack time for kids and adults that we didn’t get to go to but looked nice. There were coloring pages sitting out all the time for the kids. We would definitely book a room at this hotel or another one of their hotels in the future because it was both family friendly and a great value."

"Breakfast was minimal Night staff was friendly and helpful Day staff ignored us Bathroom. Bath tub was falling apart shower head wouldn’t open. Drain wouldn’t drain properly "

"It was very loud till 1AM. We barely got sleep as everyone was up banging around again by 5 AM. The pool was cold. I asked for a call from hotel and never got one. The least theh could do is give me half if not sll my money back. I wont be staying there again so a free sray wil do no good. I made a complaint and nothing was done. Just not a great experience for us. I had a child there too and she was not running and yelling down hallways at 11:30 pm. It apparently was srare wrestling of some sort so I guess they can do whatever all hours of the night it seemed. "

"Someone was allowed to charge to my room from the hotel store. Apparently hotel staff do not verify that someone charging to a room is actually in that room. Trying to get my $ refunded now. Pool was cold and no towels in the pool area. Elevator broke. Tv in the room did not work and when I called front desk the women could not come and look at it because she could not climb 4 flights of stairs so we had to go without a tv. Otherwise room was comfortable and breakfast was good. "

"AC was very loud the first night. Notified the front desk and it was replaced by evening! Nice and quiet the second night. I usually rate the hotel on its bathroom and this one was clean and well maintained. Would stay again!"
