"The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing. They were both very friendly. The gentleman made waffles and brought them to the table. The lady was constantly picking up plates wiping tables etc. the counters in the cafe were spotless. Spills etc. were cleaned up immediately. Everything was very well stocked. The front desk was helpful, and informative. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful place to stay and clean. Great staff and helpful. We will be back."

"Walked in room. Tripped on carpet torn up across threshold going in room. Got 2 beds which were 5 inches from wall and 2 feet between. Smallest room ever seen. Shower brackets were rusty. Bragged about seeing Mt. Rushmore. 1/2 of Washington's face. Worst parking ever. Nowhere to turn around. Won't stay or recommend. Will stay elsewhere next year. Very disappointed"

"Clean rooms and common areas"

"Never go back there again. Disgusting."

"Not the cleanest of places and carpets in the halls could be steamed."

"Pleasant staff. Clean, attractive room. We appreciated the complementary laundry and laundry supplies."

"There were just a couple of things. No bath mat for the shower when you get out. Biggest thing was there was only one desk chair and two of us. I had to sit on bed. Very uncomfortable. Bed was great just not to sit at night and watch tv. There was plenty of room to add a chair."

"Room was very comfortable and quiet."

"The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great with many options. Our room was very small but it was probably my fault for choosing it. It had a tiny fridge that met our needs but it was tucked in a corner that was hard to get to and the door opened from the wrong side for where it was located. On the whole though, the hotel presented well and met our needs."
