"The people were tremendous. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason for 4 stars was the comfort in the room. The hvac is not ideal. It runs non stop and is too loud to hear tv. Without it is very uncomfortable. The pillows and bed also were not very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure but just hoping that the ac works better"

Then after checking into one of the rooms there was water all over the bathroom floor and it smelled to pee, so they were moved to another room.
