I knocked stars off because the bed was incredibly hard and difficult to sleep on. The TV had terrible sound quality and we had to just turn it off it was that obnoxious. When it comes down to it comfort is a huge part of the quality of the stay. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The bed was horrible. Hard as a rock. It was also very noisy. We went to breckfast and they only had eggs and poptarts left. We have always had a great stay. Not sure what happenes this time.

The staff tryed hard but they wrre short staffed. One person was making breakfest and running the front desks couldn't do justice to either. Our t.v. didnt work they fixed it it lost its connection again and they couldn't fix it. Tred mill was broken in exercise room all 3 days we were there. Beer and wine bar wasnt open friday night. Very disappointed. Not sure we will stay again.

Great room. Not a great breakfast. Cold, hard muffins, bagels, biscuits.No fruit, oatmeal, greek yogurt, bread for toast. Pitchers of milk instead of small cartons. Needs some better options. 2 out of 10.
