"Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - Always welcomed me when I entered the hotel. Assisted me with changing notes. There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, very convenient for someone backpacking or that needs to clean cloths. Convenient store close by. Easy for Taxi services to reach. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. You can have your towels changed everyday. I had a good view of the beach/seaside from the balcony. Shower had all the utilities...

"旅行の予定が急遽変更になり、ギリギリで予約しました。お部屋は静かで、ミスト状になるシャワーがとても気持ち良かったです。がシャワー扉開けるたびに、トイレの蓋が自動で上がってしまう為　ちょっと不快でした。　チェックインの際、スタッフの態度が接客不向き不親切で残念。お部屋は静かでしたが、カーペットに大きな汚れがあるのや、スーツケースを乗せる台やイスが無かったのが残念でした。"

"This was our third stay at this lovely hotel. As always, it was great. The only problem was with the Expedia booking: although we paid for the included breakfast when we booked, the hotel staff said we had not. So we had to pay twice for breakfast. This is an Expedia problem (google "Expedia breakfast scam" and you'll see), not a Strata problem, so better not to select breakfast if you book through Expedia. Better yet, book directly through the hotel or a different booking agency. "
