It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked great! The area was a bit rougher than I was hoping for, but we didn't spend much time in that neighbourhood."

"Being a first time visitor to San Francisco, I really appreciated how the people at the front desk were able to answer questions about using the public transportation and typical means of getting to places like the chase center. I'm also really glad that they have somebody at the desk later in the night. My key card was not working to get me back into the building late one night, but the call button had somebody come get the door and they replaced my card with a functioning one right after. Also good experience with having questions answered about checkout time and any costs related to checking out later than the allotted time. Would probably aim to get a room with its own bathroom again if I were to come back for a another stay."
