"The old-style window air conditioner was noisy and made it impossible to sleep. The hotel needs renovation."

"Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about"

"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"This is an extended stay but there are no items in the room. You have to purchase everything separate. Place is new and if you’re looking for affordability it will work. Did have an unwelcome creature on our last day which I’m not sure where it came from because I cleaned the room after we checked in. Not your regular hotel but do able. Really never saw anyone at the front desk so anyone can just walk in and out, alittle concerning."

"I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay."
