Hi Meisam, thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations. However, the power outage was indeed not the property's fault. A car crashed in to a power pole and knocked out a transformer. It affected many other locations on the same side of the street. The power loss caused the fire alarm. And we're required to evacuate for a fire alarm (can't really ignore that). Once it was determined to be a false alarm, guests were able to return. This is certainly not a normal, or controllable event. Regards.
