"Everything was amazing. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Monica at the front desk was such a sweet person. Beautiful smile. Very welcoming.
Explained all about breakfast and about restaurant.
Restaurant had very good food. Staff there were also very friendly.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. Would stay there again on our road trip to Az from Canada."
"Lipstick on a pig. You can tell the property has been updated in the last decade but the property is in disrepair and not well maintained.’. In my guest room on the 4th floor there was plaster patched sizable holes in the walls that hadn’t been sanded or painted. Towel hooks in bathroom not properly secured. Doors/walls not squared and would open/close on their own depending on position. Stains on carpeting. Lobby area was dirty and furniture was very industrial. Breakfast options were minimal. BIGGEST complaint was that they had a construction crew that was basically living there that appeared to have very young prostitutes living with them there walking around scantily dressed and observed as they brought their personal laundry down to the lobby to have washed. The crew loitered in the lobby, each with their phone blaring whatever program or music they were listening to. Didn’t feel safe, didn’t feel inviting or welcoming. This place is just really ghetto and it’s sad."
"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City and overall had a good experience.
We had a super early flight coming in, so being able to check in early was a huge plus and definitely appreciated. The property itself is beautiful—very clean, well-kept, and just a really nice overall vibe. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a standout feature of the hotel.
The only downside for us was the no-drinking policy at the pool. That’s something we usually enjoy when traveling, so it just didn’t align with the kind of experience we typically look for.
We also had to call for room service to come clean our room after being out for most of the day, which was a bit inconvenient.
Aside from that, the hotel is truly stunning, and the stay was solid overall."
