"We’ve ordered a room For 5 ppl, paid over 400 bucks - and got a room with 1 bed! At one point they said they are not sure why this room is registered as 6 ppl and offered us extra blankets so we could put the kids in the floor! Even worst, we actually ended up not even having 1 blanket per person and my middle kid had to cover with a towel!!! Inacceptable!"

"Front desk person was extremely rude and threatened to call the police because he thought we had 3 people in the room which apparently is against the policy of only 2 allowed in the room. Well a friend was dropped off to stay the night and because he saw 2 people in the car assumed they both were staying and made the biggest scene right away without asking or talking to me. Terrible person the way he spoke."
