"I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent reviews and its convenient location. However, there were several issues during our stay that affected our overall experience. During breakfast, the restaurant was very crowded and we had to wait approximately 15 minutes for a table. When we were eventually seated, the table had not been properly cleaned, despite being directed to it by staff. We also visited the spa as we were quite tired. Unfortunately, the therapist who attended to me was coughing throughout the massage and did not apologise, which made the experience uncomfortable. Given the premium pricing and the hotel’s five-star standard, we had expected a higher level of professionalism. The most concerning incident occurred in the evening. When we returned to the hotel at around 9:30 pm, we found our room door unlocked. This was extremely distressing for us. We immediately contacted the manager. We were later informed that housekeeping had left the door open while removing items after cleaning. Although we appreciated the explanation and the complimentary airport transfer offered the next day, the incident left us feeling unsettled and we did not sleep well that night. While we understand that it was Chinese New Year and the hotel was operating at full capacity, room security should never be compromised. We still value the hotel location and consider staying again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be taken constructively to improve the guest stay."

"I stayed here for a business trip and booked a specific room type based on its layout from a previous stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was assigned a different room as an “upgrade,” which I had not requested. When I asked about the room I had reserved, I was told it was unavailable. As a solo traveler, the larger layout did not add value and felt unnecessarily spacious rather than comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and the overall service was acceptable. However, there were several operational details that affected the stay. The wardrobe and bathroom had a noticeable odor, and during a previous visit, the bathroom drain had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. While the stay was manageable, I would likely consider other options if given a choice in the future. I hope improvements can be made in room allocation and housekeeping standards."
