"Love this hotel, have stayed multiple times for work, in a safe quiet area in easy walking distance to town. Staff are alwaysy lovely. This stay I had a funny noisy flappy sound outside my room which I phoned reception about and it was sorted with no interruption within 30mins. Room service options are good- the fried chicken is yum! "

"Hey Expedia why did you ask me to review a hotel I didn’t stay in. The hotel let you know 4 weeks before my check in day that they couldn’t accommodate me due to restorations. It took you another 2 weeks to try and find me an alternative hotel. And then didn’t give me the equivalent facilities. Poor form. "
