"The room was very clean. Slept great. They are renovating so the place is a mess. No cable and couldn’t connect to WiFi. "

"It's a place to stay that was convenient to where we were going. The room was clean for the most part except the plastic cups. It looked like they had been collecting dirt/dust for a while. Therefore, we couldn't have water. Also, the front lobby door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell to get someone to you let in, as there's no one already at the desk. This is inconvenient and not a great idea in winter."

"Room was dirty and smelled like smoke, staff weren’t very friendly, lots of people smoking everywhere, difficult stairs with no elevator"

"The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Room wasnt the one in pictures tbat we rented. No jet tub had to pay another $50 to get a room woth bathtub. Staff/owner very rude horrible idea to go there "

"Very clean, comfortable beds but flat pillows. No onsite staff. We had to check in and out by video. Very thin walls, we were awakened by amorous sounds at 6 in the morning. Not what we are used to."
