We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. "Lovely stay in a good sized room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed, although potentially a little bit dated. There could do with being some plugs or USB ports next to the bed. Pool was a good size and wasn't busy. Would have preferred the sauna and steam room to be near to the pool so that we could go in together, rather than it being part of the male or female changing rooms."

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Minutes from the underground train station and the downtown area. Decent selection of restaurants and there is a Co-Op just around the corner. "Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."
