"Everything was nice except for one staff lady called Ingrid who was assigned to breakfast. She was very rude and unprofessional. There are some gadgets in the breakfast area that not all guess are familiar with. Ingrid made fun of guess having trouble with them and murmured things mockingly, making guess uncomfortable. This is an unacceptable behavior for someone working with customers."

"I loved everything about the hotel such as the pool, the spa, the workout room, the free cucumber water the have for the guest, the restaurant they have in the hotel to order, breakfast, lunch and dinner….along with drinks!! Everything was good!! The only thing that I disliked was that the hotel was by the highway so"
