"AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I won't call it a resort, it doesn't deserve. All lights in the room were out of order in the morning. No compensation, no sorry from the front desk. The staff first asked "have you called the tech?" Dude, I just got up and found lights broken. I need to went outside to buy food hence let you know first. They said this twice even if I told them the reason when I stop by the front desk. I'd imagine the first thing they should say is "sorry for the inconvenience" instead...

"The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."

"There was a rusted-through hole in the sink that dumped water all over the floor. There were weird black stains on the mirror. When I arrived in my room, the phone was flashing red so I called the front desk to ask why. "Just ignore it," they said. Ignore a red flashing light next to my head while I try to sleep?? I wound up unplugging the phone. I could go on, but bottom line is this hotel is too much of a wreck."

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."
