"The staff was excellent and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze. Tables weren’t cleaned soon after people left after breakfast. Many times you had to wait for a table. Breakfast was decent."

"This hotel is very clean and in a perfect location for cruises! There is lots of shopping nearby and it’s a 16 min walk or 6 min uber to the port. The front desk staff is helpful and attentive. They allowed us to store us our bags before check in time because our room wasn’t ready yet. The room was large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom well appointed and clean."

"Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. However the breakfast was very poor, orange juice watered down milk used in the coffee machine was UHT and not fresh, some of the lids were broken, bacon, sausage and black pudding all very dry."
