"Pros: (1) The staff were extremely helpful and always available to accommodate or answer any question and make sure your stay met or exceeded your expectations. "The room was very small, the shower area especially was very cramped. There was no soap or shampoo etc in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and clean. We were travelling and cooking our own food, but there were no facilities to do that, even though it stated BBQ area. There was only an old bbq outside the office, which is close to the main road. The location was perfect though for a stopover, or to do The Beartooth Hwy, which was spectacular with lots of snow still around. Cooke City...

Only went into the hot tub, definitely had enough chlorine in it. Breakfast wasn't that good, the food was blah. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice. As far as price for the hotel, overpriced. Walking distance to some restaurants downtown. Probably a one time stay for us, just passing through on to our destination."

"Staff was really helpful. I called and asked if there were any places near by to rent bear sprays and they said to check with them when I get there. When I checked in, they gave me a can of bear spray to use for our trip to Yellowstone. The room was clean. The refrigrator is big enough to store food for our Yellowstone trip. They have a stove and a pot (need to check out at the front desk) if needed. Breakfast was great with good variety of typical breakfast items and waffle makers....

"We only stayed one night but it was a great start to our Montana experience. The property is expansive and beautiful; staff super accommodating and included breakfast hearty and delicious. We added horseback riding which was reasonably priced and a top experience for our family!"
