"Our stay started at check in, there were 6+ families waiting to check in and there was only one employee attempting to check in the customer's and there computer wasn't working so it to several minutes per family to be checked in (at lest 10 min per), now with my case I just finished riding near 500 miles from Sturgis South Dakota, I was exhausted, hungry and eager to get off my feet, but couldn't do such as I was waiting to be checked in, I looked for complimentary water and was directed down the hallway to a drinking fountain, but I declined as I didn't want to lose my place in line. The room however was nice, the shower had no water pressure, but the complimentary breakfast was good"
