"Besides the super friendly staff, everything else was terrible. Building smelled like a wet dog. Our room floor was damp. The “crib” the website says they provide is actually just a raggedy super old playpen. My 15 month old was trying to hard to get comfortable but ultimately had to sleep with us in bed (the mattress of the playpen kept sliding). If I’m ever in Kentucky, I’ll make sure to never stay here again."

"Very bad breakfast. No toasts, no bagels, only wafles. No eggs, no warm food. Hot water only.
Breakfast until 9:30 am - too early, we could not sleep longer.
In general, the price-quality relation is bad. If I paid $100 per night, it would be ok. But i paid $130 - I expected much better service but in reality the service fits a cheaper hotel."

"This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. "

"Breakfast was a full disappointment, very little to choose from and what they had was not good at all.
Pink pancakes 🙃 scrambled eggs very dry, no pastry, no yogurt.
Room was clean but carpet in the hallway was dirty and spotty.
The evening check in gentleman was very friendly and talking with everyone to compare to the lady who checked us out, didn’t even talked to us.
Parking was very safe and well maintained. "
