"We had Netflix connection issues and had to move to a different room because we had heating issues other than that our stay was very nice!"

"Pleasant stay with friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Continental breakfast presented well in a clean environment. Coffee machine in the lobby was a highlight. Freshly grounded beans, per brewed cup, was a treat and delicious. Always available."

"Breakfast was mediocre at best. I was informed i would be charged for parking. I asked for extra blankets and had to go get them myself. Poor hospitality overall. "

"Excellent stay while visiting Louisville. Responsive service via text messaging. Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night. The pool and hot tub with views of the city is a nice amenity. TV has Google Cast so you can watch anything you have a subscription for. Would stay again."
