"This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs...

"Very nice, quiet get away. Close to town, close to the interstate, centrally located between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. Very cute treehouse with all that we needed. Fun to watch the nature from the porch or window. Crazy bird that kept trying to get in kept us entertained!!"

"Exactly what we needed! Clean rooms, games for the kids and near all the trails in Colorado Springs. I might have missed it in the description but we did have trouble getting in the rental. You will need to reach out to the property manager to initiate getting your door code. After reaching out you will have to pay 50$ or 1000$ deductible on a different website to get the email from the manager with the code. They did respond very quickly but paired with no service in the area it took an hour to...
