"This is one of two good hotels in BH. Monarch has the best SPA in the state of CO. However, the casino on the 2nd floor is too small with only one bar. So, the 1st floor gets packed. Mariposa is the best restaurant in BH. So, will be back to Monarch for that and the SPA. "

"The hotel was extremely cold, but the temperature control in the rooms was excellent. If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped. "
