"A lovely, quiet, family-run hotel in Huashan, 3km from the hustle and bustle of Xingping old town. Google Maps location is not correct, so here are the coordinates to help you find it: 24.9269990, 110.5008000. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Free pick-up from Yangshuo was perfect. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioning works well and bed is comfy. Chinese breakfast is huge and very tasty (noodle soup, sweet potato, fried egg, fresh fruit). Western option also available. " Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows...

Top South Central China Hotel Reviews

Zhangjiajie XMAN Tianmen Resort

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. He actually dropped us off the park entry and helped suggest routes. Breakfast made fresh to order. Room was cleaned modern and you can see heaven gate right there."

Yangshuo Fairyland Hotel

8/10 Good

"Good stay overall. Not exactly a 5 star experience but still one of the nicer hotels in the area. Reception is messy, coffee was not included in the breakfast, flimsy toilets (bidet that is not intuitive), very hot in the breakfast area during our stay (AC was not on). However, the room was spacious, comfortable and with a nice view."

Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

10/10 Excellent

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."
