"Horrible experience reserved 2 rooms that should have been ready ay 3 checked in a little after 3 and 1 one was not ready theyvtold me ut was almost ready then i called to ask if it was ready the gentleman said he would call me back never did went to the lobby 3 hrs later and it turns out that our second room wasnt ready that something was wrong with it. I was never told they kept sayi g its almost ready then it turns out it had a maintamce issue and i was never told until i told them i been waiting for 3 hrs and they gave us a different room. Which i think we sould of been offered that since the beginning since it had maintenance issurs instead of making us wait 3hrs"

"it's obvious the rooms were remodeled some time ago, but the furniture looks like it's been abused. the beds were comfortable yet had noisy metal frames. The A/C worked well. the lady at the front desk was wonderful and went out of her way to help. "

"I wasn’t told that you had to request housekeeping by 11am that morning. You couldn’t turn on the TV with the remote, you had to manually do it plus TV is very small. "

"We’ve stayed here many times as a family, it’s close to everything, literally! Also it’s clean, there is a reason we continue coming back. "

"The first room had roaches coming from underneath the were mini fridge. The second room was not cleaned properly and looked like there were blood stains underneath the lights and inside the bathroom toilet."
