"Firstly Dora on reception was amazing - so helpful and cheerful.
The hotel location for use of the Trolley to the Tijuana and downtown is great - very quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to Walmart.
The pool was closed during our whole stay which would have been useful in the heatwave, there was also a huge leak which affected multiple rooms and when we discovered our room had been impact we were moved 2 floors up very quickly.
Parking is plentiful.
If they could have fixed the pool and somehow figured out the smell in the gym which smelt like fuel it would have been near perfect for two brothers visiting SD for the first time."
