Hotel Spa di South Bass Island

"We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. "Front desk staff not welcoming"

"This condo was at a perfect location! Close to all bars/restaurants. The bar/restaurant at the condo was really convenient. The staff were amazing!"

"Shampoo conditioner and soap were all the exact same thing, as well as the hand soap. The staff was really nice, and the A/C worked really well. The comforter in our room had a couple stains and rips but we had them promptly changed out as soon as we noticed."
