"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"I loved the private bathroom and private deck that was directly off my room. My room also had a great A/C unit which was helpful since Anchorage was having a heat wave that week (in the high 70's!). "I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience."

"Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded."

"It’s deceiving, they show pics of the front entrance and the beautiful lobby, but the place is run down and old nasty carpet, and the reason I chose there and paid so much was for the pool… it was so cold the kids shivered while in it. No hot tub so I’m sure it was not heated… indoor pool and no sun or heat is ridiculous. Was not happy at all… kinda getto feeling."

"Choices of accommodations in Anchorage are thin and very expensive in June. For the price of a decent room in San Francisco, London or Paris, you get a beat up Holiday Inn vibe. Low ceilings, well worn everything, standard bath and no housekeeping unless you request it the day before you want it. It would have been nice if the check-in staff had mentioned that housekeeping detail. The surrounding area was rather sketchy but so was downtown Anchorage. The shuttle to downtown was a nice...

"Visited Alaska and stayed here at this hotel for couple of nights.Staff not very courteous or service oriented.Texted them twice regarding having a roll away bed as we were a family of 5 and reserved their largest room no response.Got there and told by receptionist it will be an extra 15 dollars per night for a roll away bed we agreed.The roll away bed was just left outside our room to take inside and set up and make the sheets not sure what is the 15 dollars per night for if you are not going...
