"Elegent hotel. We'll kept grounds, pools, gardens, private beach, etc. Our room and terrace overlooked the gardens, pools and the sea. Room was spacious. Great shower w/good pressure. Very attentive staff from front desk staff to housekeeping, servers in restaurants., etc. Secure parking with attended gate. "We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day...

"Our room had a smelly bathroom and despite that we reported it several times they didn’t do anything! Also there was a strong detergent smell in the lobby as if they were have a sewage problem and tried to cover up the bad odor!"
