"The first room we had was right next to the air con outside the building and made a complete racket all night and kept us awake. The sink has a major crack across it. The next room we were given the lights didn't work. An engineer came and fiddled about a bit inside and outside the room. Eventually with some fizzing the lights worked. Now one of the main light switches didn't work and the engineer said he would be back the next day to fix it. That never happened. By our last night there was only 1 light working. The mattress was rock solid, and not conducive for a good nights sleep and the pillows were not much better. The breakfast was limited. The pastries were dry and seemed stale. There is a fresh omelette bar. The staff are really friendly and helpful. "

"Bed not especially comfortable, not much hot water for a shower one evening. Bedroom laminate floor coming apart despite the place being only 2 years old. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Awful. As soon as we landed, room filthy, not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. BLOOD! Found in some areas too! Hotel refused to help sort it. Expedia failed to help to saying they couldnt contact the hotel. Wasted money and a holiday."

"I stayed at Hotel Argana Agadir on an all-inclusive basis, but my experience was disappointing. There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel. In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these details for future guests."

"Very nice hotel, in good location.Nice modern and big rooms.It’s an all inclusive resort with good food, three restaurants and few bars with good drinks.The common areas like swimming pools, gardens lobby just great.And the hotel staff very helpful, polite and always smiling making the whole experience even better.Definitely recommend."

"The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive. "

"A lot of style but not a lot of substance. A hotel of this calibre is missing a lot of standard things. Usually there’d be in room bathroom amenities, but there was none. I requested the shower gel to be filled up on 4 separate occasions but was never done. The kettle didn’t work even again after I reported in multiple occasions. One day they didn’t replace the towels and I had to report twice before we got them. Ordered some ice and a corkscrew on room service the first night, never arrived. The bedsheets were bobbly and rough. Beautifully designed and the breakfast was nice, but there’s a lot to be desired. Beautiful pool area, lovely bar seating, great location. Just needs some of the basics to be worked up to make it a great stay. "
