Nice stay again I stayed one night at this hotel and I already knew it from a previous visit. It was good to come back and see that the quality is still the same The room was clean and comfortable, everything was well prepared.The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay easy and pleasant. I also went to the spa again, very relaxing and clean as always. The restaurant was good too, with tasty food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, a good experience. I would come back again.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. Don’t get to see the gym as there were building works taking place. The outdoor lounge and pool area was nice to chill and order food and drinks. Only thing I needed was more of a breakfast selection

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, however the hotel itself I have issues with. The steam and sauna rooms were out of order for refurbishment. The bar was also closed for refurbishment. There was no prior notice of these closures. Also, the club next door play loud music until 5am and can be heard in the rooms. I complained to Expedia about all the above, but the hotel refused any compensation and lied about the facilities being closed. Not impressed at all!!

One of the biggest highlights is its amazing location, the beach is just a very short walk away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea whenever you feel like it. Whether it was early morning strolls, relaxing afternoons on the sand, or peaceful sunset walks, having the beach so close made the whole trip feel extra special. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My room was cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything else I needed. Their friendliness added a personal touch that made the experience even better. I also loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was. Even though everything is conveniently nearby, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing, the perfect environment to unwind after a day of exploring or enjoying the beach. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Being so close to the beach truly enhances the stay, and I would happily return again. We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

Heel mooi en rustig hotel. Prettig om te verblijven. Toplocatie, 5 minuten rijden naar het strand. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen waterkoker op de kamer aanwezig was maar dat is persoonsgebonden natuurlijk. Ook was het ontbijt niet geweldig maar met alle eetzaakjes en restaurants in de buurt is dat totaal niet erg. Wij hebben zeer genoten van dit hotel en raden het iedereen aan.
