"Truly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Absolutely stunning views from the room, the dining area, the pool -- everywhere really! The staff is also exceptionally friendly and lovely. The cocktails and food were incredible, both in the dining area as well as upon arrival (welcome drinks) and in the room (snacks, truffles, etc.). Everything felt so well thought out and special. I cannot wait to go back. I can't imagine a better hotel in St. Lucia (or really anywhere -- it's that tough...

"I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"Quiet, intimate and stunning 360°views. Pool, room and every desire was attended to. Staff Carter, Paulina, Deleana, Sarah,Swedeah, Cornell, Ernie and Chris were all AMAZING. They arranged all our excursions, drivers and outside dining. Food was really colorful, fresh and delicious. Fresh cookies everyday in our room, on site activities what else does a couple need? Beach shuttle was perfect, we just wish we could stay longer. What a wonderful place to relax and see this beautiful island....

"If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....

"I absolutely loved this resort. It gave such a “ at home” feeling. Stayed in chestnut room 1 which had a perfect view along with a huge patio and hammock to sleep on. The room Was clean and spacious they decorated It for my birthday. Staff was very friendly and informative. "This apartment was so cute and so modern. It had everything we needed. The apartment was very convenient to walk to eat or shop or even to the beach. May want to bring a rechargable handheld fan. If the heat doesn't get you the humidity absolutely will. We would stay here again."
