"We had an amazing experience at Green Fig! Tucked away in the cliffside, this cozy resort overlooks the beautiful town of Soufriere and Petit Piton, providing stunning views from anywhere on the property. We enjoyed the romance room, the beautiful main pool, open air restaurant, and tons of spots to sit and enjoy the present moment. The resort was incredibly accommodating with arranging spa treatments, massages, excursions, transportation and anything else we needed in a timely manner. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The beach and town is about a 5 minute walk and are fun to check out! We absolutely loved our stay here and plan to come back in the future. FYI, you will need to climb stairs and you can hear sounds from the town, but we didn't mind at all. For us, it added to the charm and overall experience. "

"Fond Doux Resort is an absolute gem and we enjoyed it so much more than anticipated! From the moment I arrived, I felt surrounded by the most beautiful, untouched nature. The sounds of birds, tree frogs, and rustling leaves were constant companions, making it feel like I was truly immersed in the rainforest. Everywhere I turned, there were towering trees, colorful flowers, and fruit hanging from branches—it felt so alive and vibrant. We stayed in the cottage furthest away, which meant walking through the forest and up a series of stairs to get there. At first, we thought it might get tiring, but honestly, it was magical every single time. I found myself wishing I could do that walk every day—again and again—because it made me feel so connected to the nature around me. Our cottage was so private, and so many birds came to visit, almost like they were just as curious about us as we were about them! We also loved spending time at the pool, soaking in the beautiful views and just enjoying the peacefulness of the resort. I was truly so sad to leave. In fact, before checking out, I even walked back up to our cottage one last time, just to see it again and take in the moment. If you love nature, the sounds of the rainforest and want an authentic St. Lucian experience, Fond Doux is the place to be!! I absolutely loved my stay and I shall cherish my time there. Thank you!! "Secluded property on the small plantation. More than a hundred yes old, but Very well maintained. People who manage and work on the farm are amazing, very polite, knowledgable about the property and the surrounding nature. There is no AC, but none is needed since it’s actually gets pretty cold, at night, due to the altitude, and we are in the dry season now. Breakfast ($25pp) or/and dinner($45pp) can be requested and is very fulfilling. You can pick grapefruits, oranges, lemons straight from the trees around the house. "

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "
