Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! "The room was tight for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) but it was all self-serve - no front desk even though they are a call away, we didn't need anything. In terms of location, it is about a 7min. walk to train stations Matawa and Higashi) and 15 min. to Shinjuku proper. We didn't mind it as we could get to most things and could stay out late without worrying about trains in Shinjuku. "
