A beautiful spot!

This property is right in the center! It was very VERY convenient! The balcony was a nice place to sit and although we were right on the street, the room was very quiet for sleeping. The bathroom needed an upgrade but it is in a very old building and I can see where that would be difficult. The room was cleaned everyday! The included breakfast was wonderful and delivered to our room! We could sit on the balcony and eat our breakfast. It was wonderful! The people were very accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous B&B. Silvana was so helpful and shared great information about things to do and arranged some for us. The place was very clean, the balcony over the square was lovely to sit late at night, the room was nicely decorated and the location is awesome.

Great place to stay!

We booked Piazza Tasso B&B Relais last minute and are so very lucky! We really loved it. Check in was wonderful and Silvana was extremely nice and accommodating. Our room was so big and clean. There was plenty of room for our luggage and also had a big amoire. A bonus was having the corner unit with 2 balconies! Location fantastic - directly on Piazza Tasso. You can't go wrong here. Oh yes, cappuccino and croissants delivered to our room every morning. Thank you Silvana *Ask for the Excelsior Room

Silvana was an amazing host… super helpful and was very accomodating with anything we needed. She tailored the breakfast to our order. Location was amazing, although our room was a bit small… look to book the bigger rooms if possible. Would recommend to travellers.

This is a cute B&B right in the center of town. The location is convenient, walkable, great shopping & dining all around, taxis in the corner. The owners are the sweetest people & will try to help you with everything. The room is nice, but lacks some minor details that would make it much more comfortable. For example, there was no mirror in our room, so we had no idea what we looked like before heading out. The bed is located just under the AC & the cold air hits your face all night long. It can be uncomfortable. Just adding shelving in the bathroom to put things, a floor length mirror & changing arrangement of furniture in the room would upgrade this space. Breakfast is delivered to your room by the owners. Overall, I found it to be ok. The location is great, but it needs some improvements. Also, keep in mind that there is no lift & there are stairs to the B&B. The owners gladly help with luggage.

By far and away, the best vacation we have ever had!!! Sylvania was not only an excellent host for us, but she actually took the time to help us out during our stay for communication issues. When we arrived at the B&B, she spent about 20 min going over the map of the area and telling us all about all the amazing restaurants and shopping that was close to our room. She asked us questions about things that we liked and then took the time to showcase area's that she felt would be the most like/point of interest for us. We had a few issues with some of the things of interest that we wanted to do, and she called them up and provided/helped with interpretation for us. I can't say enough positive things about her. Just wonderful! Breakfast was amazing every morning. She took the time on our first day to go over all the options for us, and asked us what time we wanted it to be delivered. And every morning, it was fresh, hot and on time! Amazing service!!!!!! The room itself was beautiful. Stunning even. The tile on the floor was gorgeous beyond belief. The room was cozy and the juliet balcony overlooking the center of town was perfect for people watching. We had a concerns about the noise seeping in through those doors as we slept, but you couldn't hear a thing through those doors. Shopping.... good grief, the shopping! So so much to see and do within a 10 min or less walk from the B&B. It truly was a perfect location. Even the train station was super close. Amazing!!!!!!!!!

What a lovely stay and gracious hostess. Kind and accommodating and very helpful. This B&B is located in the heart of town so very easy to walk to restaurants and harbor. We were provided detailed information on great restaurants as well!

I normally don't write reviews - in fact this is my very first hotel review on Expedia. This hotel is AMAZING! Silvana who hosted us, is very very nice, she told us places to visit, gave us a room upgrade and also delivered breakfast to our room each morning. The room is clean and beautiful, my room has a cute balcony facing the main piazza. One thing I need to mention is that the room is very quiet even if it is directly on the main street. It is definitely soundproof, I am a light sleeper, I can certify that!

What a great place to stay in Sorrento! It is centrally located and just a few blocks from the train station, making day trips very easy to do. The room was very comfortable, nicely furnished, of good size with a good bathroom. The balcony was very pleasant with a good view, and we used it several times. The breakfast was also very good and the entire place was immaculate. Even better than all of this is the proprietor of the business, Silvana. A more amazing person we have never met! She speaks English very well and greets you personally on arrival. She takes time to get you settled in and answer any questions you may have. What more could you ask for? When our suitcase went missing on the ferry from Capri, Silvana sprung into action. She made many calls and tracked down our bag. Not only that, but she personally went down to the docks and retrieved it and brought it to our room the next morning!! A couple of days later when I was experiencing a medical emergency Silvana stepped up to help again at night. She and her husband took us to the hospital emergency room and stayed with us serving as translators and patient advocate. The next day she arranged an appointment for me to see a specialist and again went with us. I am happy to be able to say that I made a full recovery which I attribute to early diagnosis and treatment.This would have been completely impossible without her help. I will never forget her kindness and generosity.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Piazza Tasso B&B and it was more than we could imagine. Silvana was incredible helpful assisting us in what to do while in Sorrento and giving personal advice which was so amazing. The location is prime, bed comfortable and washroom full stocked and a hot shower. The hotel is located in a sage area and I never once felt unsafe in the area, very friendly people. We will definitely be back to this adorably cute and perfect B&B!

Silvana could not have been more welcoming and informative. Room was beautiful, with a good amount of space. Balcony was so lovely to have breakfast on and eat gelato at the end of the day. Bed was firm but comfy. Extra blankets and pillows. Air con unit was a little loud so we had to sleep with it off. Bathroom shower glass was not long enough so water would leak. Not enough counter space in the bathroom. Perfectly located and would definitely stay again!

My Biggest Hotel Mistake EVER!!!

Dealing with these people has been a nightmare. I book many dozen hotels a year as I work all over the EU for the last few years. I booked & paid thousands of pounds to stop here for a week in September 2022 for my wifes 60th....2 weeks before we were due to go she fell ill and we had to cancel the holiday. These guys wouldnt give us back a penny....I gave plenty of notice, spoke with Hotels.com who also stated to me that they are very stupid to treat customers this way.....so we had paid in full and could not go.....whatever you do, DONT FALL ILL before your holiday or you will be severely punished like we were.
