"We had a great experience even for a short stay! Joyce, Hugo & Alex are very friendly. They welcomed us with a big smile. Even though the room is small it has everything we need. It is nice that there is a free pass for bus rides for all the travelers. Very close to the main train station and bus stop is a walk away to/from hotel. "We were notified upon check in a shower door was removed as a recent guest broke it. The manager offered to give my family (3 of us) free breakfast for both days of our stay which was more than fair and appreciated (I did not ask for anything)! I am grateful for the hospitality and generosity that was extended to us.
The area is less than a mile from the center of old Luzern and we walked. The area is quiet and safe so this was not an issue."
"Some of the best views you could ask for with the local cows coming out at night, bringing the soothing sounds with them. It was very hot for the time of year and no AC in my room. They did offer a fan and with the windows open, it was still comfortable to sleep. No iron available so bring your own if that’s a necessity. "
