"We got the suite, it was spacious. Breakfast not bad. Hotel is in close proximity to train station. Pretty easy to go any cities from there. Only 2 train stops from Lucern train station. Hotel close to a few restaurants in the neighborhood. Location is great."

The daily breakfast had a good selection, and there was unlimited access to hot water and coffee which was perfect! We also came at a time when they were celebrating the carnival which made our stay even more memorable. Thank you! One more thing, this hotel is centrally located - about 4-5 mins walk from the train station, and is close to everything!"

"Staff was extremely helpful, the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He helped us with finding the right Trains, and times to leave to make the most of our day at Mt Titlis. We didn't have the right electrical wall adapter for our room and he lent us one at no cost. The place is clean, conveniently right neside the trainstation. Great stay!"
