"The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was rock hard and the duvet and bedsheet felt like very poor quality and the duvet cover felt like an after thought rather than being properly fitted. This all made it very difficult to fall asleep on top of the constant surrounding traffic and airport noise."

"Great location about 5 miles outside Shirley, ald very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast and parking included. Great value given the quality.
We had a really big beautiful room (including a chaise by the window!) and the bathroom was enormous. Amazing shower, lovely big (separate) bath. Breakfast was buffet-style with hot and cold choices. Service was excellent. We would definitely come here again if in the area."

"The hotel, room and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff were great.
However, there is a significant issue with the soundproofing of the doors. Noise from the corridors is very noticeable. We could clearly hear people walking past having conversations at a normal volume, as well as every door closing.
If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend considering a different hotel."
