"The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. In particular, it was within walking distance of Pier 39 and less than ten minutes from the airport rail link. The morning coffee and simple croissants were very enjoyable. There was also a fitness center right next door. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Great location and nice large rooms, but the hotel feels a bit tired. Shower had mold around it. Public restroom had wallpaper that was ripping. Our room was also loud -- with lots of street noise - had to sleep with ear plugs in."

"This hotel has complimentary parking, which was a big advantage. Parking is not readily available in San Francisco. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf. The property is older, but well kept. Our room was very nice. As far as staffing, Leida is awesome! Check in and out we're both easy. Leida took time to speak with us and answer all our questions. She also offered suggestions and gave us walking directions. Watching her deal with other...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the room was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept great. Everything was very clean, and you can feel the high level of service.
