The pool and indoor play area were large and clean. The rooms were large and spacious. It was a stop over for us but wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the area! There is plenty to do here.

We had a great time staying here. It was a great location to be able to visit the Sognefjord sites without being right in Flåm or one of the other touristy sites. You would need a car, however. Breakfast was so-so, but we ate dinner in their restaurant one night and it was quite good, although expensive. The room we stayed in was quite warm and there was no way to adjust the thermostat, but we opened the door to the balcony and cooled it off.

The property is easily accesible, where the main building is just on the side of the main road. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The kitchen and bathroom were well maintained, the only downside was that the cabin is not newly decorated and has shown its age at some places. Otherwise, this is highly recommended for family and friends to stay close to the nature of Norway in an enjoyable way.

The cabin was comfortable and warm although dated (particularly the shower, which was falling apart). But keep in mind you need to make the beds yourself and clean the cabin afterwards or you face a 600NOK fee. The breakfast was mediocre.

Very nice place, cosy, clean,peaceful and friendly staff. But we thought it was a little overpriced, especially since you have to make your own beds at check in and at check out, take linens off, wash dishes and empty garbage.

Absolutely lovely, cozy cabins with a holiday camp feel. Staff were great amd views are unbelievably gorgeous. The accommodations are basic, but you'll have everything you need.

Lovely stay in Olden

Such a cute place in a great location. We rented one of the rooms with a private bathroom. Very nice updated unit. Not very large but fit our family of 3 just fine. Outside deck with beautiful views. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend if you are partaking in any of the activities Loen has to offer. Very close, convenient , and well maintained.

Overall very good, but we really wanted to use the indoor playground and couldn’t - the first day there was an event and the playground wasn’t open. When I asked when we could use it, we were told that they could just switch the lights on. So I said that we would come the next morning. Then there was a different person in the reception and we were not let in. We then got into the pool as an alternative at 10:45, but at 11:00 we were asked to leave as the reception was closing. Quite frustrating not being able to use the advertised facilities!

Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Stort rom med enorm seng. Deilig med boblebad på rommet. Balkongen var lite innbydende da den vendte ut mot vegen med mye støy. Røykende bussjåfør/ bussturister rett nedenfor gjorde at vi måtte ha balkongdøra igjen også. Sokkene så ut som vi hadde gått ute med dem. Ikke hva vi forventet ut fra pris.
