"From check in to check out everything was great. The food was very good and the view of the City of Shereveport was amazing at night. The bed was so comfortable for both me and the wife. We were in the 19th floor on the south west side. We will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"The room was very stained on the carpet Wallpaper was tearing off . Lots of hair all over the flooring in the room. The room kind of grossed me out . Too many of the machines were not working in the casino. The staff at the front grill restaurant were great. I do not understand what a resort fee tax is and a resort fee that I was charged then I was charged a Bossier tax and then a Shreveport tax. What is the resort fee for because the people who walk in off the street do not have to pay a resort fee."

"This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and welcoming . I will have to say the front desk workers were not that friendly...they were not rude just not pleasant. The only other disappointment was the pool was closed due to rain and did not reopen after the rain stopped. The elevators were so beautiful inside. The rooms were so clean and very spacious, the decor was so tropical and relaxing, beds and pillows were great, and during our stay guests on our floor were very quite and it was peaceful. I was most impressed by the ceiling fan, the crown molding, and the view looking out to the river. Lots of food choices at the hotel and nearby. Checkout was fast and easy. I definitely will return in hopes to enjoy a pool day with friends."

"The carpet was old rooms didn’t smell real good but no toilet paper is in the bathroom. It’s a lady up front. Sheila almost look like she was doing everything herself. she was working on 6/2/26 and was very pleasant and helpful she should probably be working days and running that place"

"The facility was nice and well kept. However, I checked in after 8 p.m. due to circumstances beyond my control. I called prior to arrival to be to be sure there were no check in time restrictions. The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about the handicapped room and was told it was due to my time of check in and what was left at the time. I was in line behind a guy that has no reservation and he was able to get a non handicap room so the previous statement was untrue. Once I told the manager this information she offered to give me another room. Why was I offered another room and simply not given a non handicapped room in the first place. I should’ve had priority over someone that didn’t have a reservation."
