"We booked this hotel because it was recommended for families travelling with babies. When you arrive in the room, there is an amenities list on the tv that you can order things from for infants, like a cot, bottle steriliser, baby bath, etc., which was all very helpful. We had one of the one-bedroom rooms with a kitchenette and were a bit surprised to see it was missing its crockery but again you can just order it on the tv (presumably this saves unnecessary washing). "The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location close to the mid levels. We originally booked a standard room but it was so small it was more like a cupboard so we upgraded to a suite which was much better. The breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to the bus station was a great help. "
