Service, especially the concierge was really good and most staff spoke English very well. The shuttle buses to Disney and the airport were also a great time and money saved. "Average small hotel in Asia in regards to look and comfort. However the halls had random stuff strewn about, rooms appeared clean however one of our rooms had towels with some stains and a pillowcase with holes in them. It appears one of our beds may have had bed bugs. "
