"Room was ok except the room they gave me..I requested non smoking and I’m not sure if it was a smoking room but the rooms on either side had people who were outside constantly smoking one thing or another and tossing the butts off the balcony onto our car and the ground (I was on second floor) below..staff wasn’t friendly (checking in and out)..pool closed and that wasn’t mentioned in their ad."

"Nice size room. Actually booked a king bed with sofa bed mobility room but our room only had a chair. Asked why we didnt get the room we booked, was told mobility rooms didnt have couches. Site needs to be changed or check in needs to pay attention. Room was nice and comfortable. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Nice area lots of eating places close by"

"Did not use the gym. Rooms were clean. Did not use the AC but did use the heat which kept us warm "

"Pros:The hotel was very clean and in a safe area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: The keys kept not working which I had read in a few reviews before we went. I didn't think it would be a big deal but when locked out of the side door and having to wait on someone to let us in and then having to wait at front desk (which was empty) and then hunt down an employee to get someone to make a new key was quite irritating. Also the toilet seat was loose and that was an annoyance."
