Hotel Dekat Piedmont Medical Center Trailhead

"Property was as described, clean, staff friendly and helpful."

"Everything is perfect. The staff, the room always clean the attention 100% The only I charge is the breakfast. Is same the one week I’m stay."

"Great stay as we were passing through the area"

"This property is under construction our family called ahead to find out how much construction there would be, and we were told it was just the front awning. The entire front portion of the hotel have been dismantled, error, machines, and workers and trash and debris around the front, there was no breakfast served as shown on the website. The bistro was down and the accessible walkways were not accessible. We regretted staying at this hotel!"

"My son needed a place to crash for a few days while waiting for an apartment. He said the room was nice, bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly."

"Great workers"

"Motel sign noted "recently renovated". Room flooring had a 1/2" gap between sections directly in the walkway to the restroom. Tub drain was found lying in the tub and would seal if taking a bath but would not stay UP to allow use during a shower. The toilet seat was not standard size (seemed like 3/4 size) and the lid was not present (the tabs were there but the lid was gone). The toilet seat also was very loose on one side allowing it to rotate several inches. Even though I booked through...

"Room size"

"Bedbugs!!! Beware. We stayed in room 105 where we were bitten by bed bids from top to bottom - my face is all swollen from multiple bed bug bites, hands ,fingers, legs, back - everything is itchy."

"Roaches everywhere. Dead, alive, eggs, all the above. The wifi never worked so therefore neither did the TV. I only needed a place to crash for a few hours and for $70 I understand you get what you pay for. But I literally slept on top of the covers, fully clothed, with my shoes on it was unacceptable."

"Second time staying here and will not be back. Room smelled musty, no tissues and then I find a huge hole in the bathroom wall behind the door along with dirty towels in the room. Highly disappointed. Would have stayed elsewhere had I had the time."

"Not bad for the price"

"It was clean the staff was helpful and friendly"

"Good stay"
