Hands down one of the BEST hotel experiences ever. The staff, especially MARK, was incredibly. The food was unbelievable. The afternoon tea, scones, breakfast, fish and chips at this hotel was so good. I would go back to London just to stay here again.

Staff service was out of this world. Particularly front desk and doormen personnel do an excellent job and treat you as if you are the only guest.
