"This property was cleaner and nicer than most premium hotels twice or three-times the price! The service at the front desk was very polite and guided me to my room when I checked in. Once I got into my room, I was floored at how nice, clean, and modern the room felt! The interior did not match the classic exterior, so don't judge the book by it's cover! I would recommend for anyone staying in the area on Long Island."

"We got a poolside view and were excited to use the pool but it was closed the entire time, as well as the cafe. we had staff knocking on our door at 9am reminding us that check out was at 11am, never felt that rushed at a hotel. The one night stay price was extremely inflated for a place who’s amenities offered were out of order/not available. At check in, we were only given key cards and not given wifi passwords or any welcome packet. We were extremely disappointed."

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"This was a great hotel for our needs. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had nice soaps provided but for some reason we had a whirlpool tub, which was awkward to get into to just take a shower."

"I booked this hotel for my girlfriend and I to enjoy a night away from home. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub which was out of order the entire time. We went to dinner at Insignia in Smithtown, next time I'll just book a hotel in Smithtown without a hot tub to save money on the Uber. We wanted to watch The Crash on Netflix, but unfortunately the TV could not connect to the network and maintenance wasn't available. We just played on our phones and sat in the hotel room. I...
