"Couldn't get the internet password didn't work but it’s okay with me ….room extremely clean and nice…staff very friendly…..well lit outside….parking lot was all potholes …. Kids loved the pool but was a little cloudy…. No complimentary breakfast like all the others that is a bummer! "

"I was really upset because the reason I booked the room was to get a good nights sleep but my room alarm went off at 6 AM! I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am"

"Very poor customer service from the Property manager and front desk in general- no smiles and feeling of not wanting to be there portrayed! It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in. "

"The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone."
